Initial Consultation

This consultation goes for one hour and is the first appointment you will book when you come to see me.

We spend this time firstly going over some safety aspects and health history. We then dive into the reason that you’re here where you take me through your concerns in whichever way feels natural for you. After we have touched on this, I will ask you questions about different systems which give me a really good picture of your health as a whole and how these systems are intertwining to create your picture.

This is followed by an overview of your current diet and some physical examinations which could range from things like pulse and blood pressure to more naturopathic examinations like looking at nails and tongue and iridology (looking at the iris for information).

After this, we talk about what appears to be behind your health presentation and come up with a plan together on what the best course of action is for you to achieve a more vibrant picture.

Return Consultation

This consultation goes for 30 minutes and is the type of appointment you will book when you have already had an initial consultation.

In this appointment we will spend our time evaluating how your treatment plan and remedies have been working for you. We will explore further questions and systems that we haven’t touched on yet to reveal more of what could be going on behind the scenes.

We then build on and move through your treatment over time with the aim of restoring your body to a place where it is able maintain balance on its own with occasional support as needed.

Iridology

Iridology is the study of the iris of the eye which helps to identify areas of the body which could require more nurture. It does not diagnose disease, nor does it indicate with certainty a condition which will appear, rather provides insight into underlying patterns of health and imbalance.

Iridology is a very helpful tool for treating health Naturopathically for identifying constitutions, guiding treatment, supporting underlying causes and assisting in disease prevention. It is a tool that I utilise regularly in my practice.

Personalised Herbal Tinctures

At your appointment you may be prescribed a personalised herbal blend from my dispensary of tinctures tailored to your exact presentation. Even when presenting with the same condition, no two people are prescribed the same blend as the herbs are targeted to your underlying causes.

Personalised Flower Essences

Another remedy that I may prescribe is a flower essence blend. In my practice I use Australian Bush Flower Essences.

Bush flower essences can be useful to harmonise energetic disharmonies that contribute to physical, mental, emotional and spiritual disease. Again, these are added into individualised blends to match your specific needs.
